Kacy vs. Baboon

There was just one unexpected guest during my personal retreat… a baboon! He silently came in through a second floor window with stealth and determination. Before I could register what was happening, my house guest helped himself to the candy in the candy dish and flung open the freezer and fridge doors like one of my own offspring! I, the ever-calm, cool and collected one, screamed like a crazy lady and threw a pillow at the freezer door. The baboon boss didn’t even look my way. He just helped himself out when he realized I had no snacks to share. I had to ask myself if I was offended that he was so un-impacted by my presence. Chris confirmed with video evidence that I am probably the least intimidating, least threatening human that baboon has ever encountered.

I had just picked up my phone to text Chris before the baboon entered the scene, so I decided to video out visit… just in case I needed a witness to this unpredictable wild animal! Instead, I proved my own insanity and gave Chris some great footage for a Church Home promo video! 😂 Enjoy! And pray for Church Home’s first Sunday service this weekend!
